This distinctive credential is awarded to those who have acquired the expertise to successfully navigate the many complex issues surrounding dining room hospitality.

Purchase of a DRM™ level automatically includes the ability to progress from any prior certification level without the additional cost of purchasing each prior program. Complete the requirements for each designation at your own pace. Prerequisites include a minimum of 5 years FOH experience (2 years managing the same establishment) or 10 years of active hospitality (may include back-of-the-house positions) with a minimum of two years on the floor and/or direct contact with the clientele.

A copy of FDRP's Professional Service Guide, review of the Service Practical DVD (if not already completed), an oral case study review by a judge panel, the application forms, and one DRM™ Test Access Code are provided the applicant. The examination code is reusable until successful completion of the test, ensuring certification.
